  • Duplicate Payment: If you have been charged more than once for the same service due to a technical error, a full refund of the duplicate payment will be issued.

  • Cancelled Orders: If you cancel a service before the work has started, you may be eligible for a full refund.

Non-Refundable Conditions

  • Once a project has been initiated and substantial work has been completed.

  • For services that involve third-party tools, subscriptions, or paid advertising (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads) where expenses have already been incurred.

  • If the delay or dissatisfaction is due to lack of communication or required inputs from the client’s side.
